Canada Top 100 Employers is an annual national competition for Canadian companies that offer the best conditions for employees.
Every employer in the country dreams of getting into this coveted hundred!
Any employer with a head office or primary place of work in Canada can apply, regardless of the size of the company and whether it is in the private or public sector.
In the rating “Canada Top Employers”, companies are assessed on criteria that have remained unchanged since the project’s inception:

• Vacation length and Time Off
• Employee communication
• Management effectiveness
• Employee training and development
• Community involvement
The results of the study show that the best employers listen to their workers and give them the flexibility they crave, as well as a few unexpected perks and benefits, such as healthy snacks and massage chairs.
All of the companies on the list have implemented a hybrid work program, allowing employees to work remotely full time or come into the office part-time.
