Profiling as a Navigator in the World of Communication
How to Understand People Without Words?

Author: Larisa Sokolovskaya

You wouldn’t expect orange juice from a tomato. Even if it’s round and yellow.
We intuitively understand the difference between things. An orange remains an orange. A tomato doesn’t become an orange even if it’s yellow and round. A cherry doesn’t turn into a cherry tomato despite the visual similarity.

But with people, we often do the opposite.
We expect initiative from those for whom it isn’t natural.
We expect emotional involvement from people who think rationally.
We demand flexibility from those whose strength is structure and rules.
We expect leadership from those whose value lies in support and depth.

And then we’re surprised, irritated, disappointed.
We start thinking something is wrong with the person.
When in fact we’re simply expecting orange juice from a tomato.

Profiling helps you stop expecting the impossible and start seeing a person as they truly are—by their natural way of thinking, feeling, making decisions, and acting.

When you understand a person’s core type, the very quality of communication changes. You formulate questions more precisely, assign tasks differently, and build agreements more clearly. Communication becomes calmer, and interaction more effective. You stop wasting energy trying to remake someone and start using their strengths.

This course is about learning, in just a few minutes, to notice a person’s motives, intentions, and limitations; to understand their strong and vulnerable sides; to foresee communication risks in advance; and to consciously use this knowledge in business, management, teams, negotiations, and personal relationships.

The course is suitable for everyone who works with people or lives among people—in other words, practically everyone: managers, specialists, entrepreneurs, educators, coaches, psychologists, and anyone who wants to better understand a partner, children, colleagues, and clients.

Profiling stays with you forever as a practical skill for understanding people and building effective communication.

Ready to stop expecting orange juice from tomatoes and start getting results from real people?
You begin to choose the right words and the right approach for each person.

In March and April 2026, new groups of the course “Profiling as a Navigator in the World of Communication and Understanding People’s Motives and Behavior” will begin: offline in South Kanata and the area near IKEA, as well as online morning and evening groups.
