Ottawa man charged with voyeurism, harassment
After a six-month investigation, Ottawa police have charged 30-year-old Jeffrey McKenna with voyeurism (4 counts), criminal harassment (2 counts) and disorderly conduct (2 counts).
According to police, the investigation began after reports of a suspicious vehicle parked outside a home in the Stittsville area at night. It was later determined that the voyeurism had taken place in Stittsville, Richmond, Carse and North Gower.
According to the Criminal Code of Canada, voyeurism is the act of observing or recording a person in an intimate setting without their consent.
McKenna appeared in court on January 8. Police believe there may be other victims and are urging witnesses to call 613-236-1222
