Ottawa police are searching for five people in connection with an April 12 attack near the intersection of Metcalf and Laurier West.

According to police, a group of three to five people verbally harassed a passerby. When one of the witnesses tried to intervene, he was beaten.

All five suspects were captured on camera. They were wearing dark clothing, masks, scarves, caps and sunglasses. One was wearing a red jacket, another an orange top, and the others were wearing dark jackets with hoods.
